1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the order placed.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographs of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized gifts
  • Engraved products
  • Printed products
  • Customized gift hampers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective)

3. Replacement Policy

  • If your claim is approved, we may:

    • Replace the product with the same item, or
    • Provide an equivalent replacement if the original item is unavailable.

    Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and no suitable replacement can be provided.
  • A replacement request cannot be fulfilled.
  • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

    • 5–7 business days for UPI and wallets
    • 7–10 business days for debit/credit cards
    • 7–10 business days for net banking transactions

    Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Refusal of Refund Requests

We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests if:

  • The request is made after the specified reporting period.
  • Evidence of damage or error is insufficient.
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The claim is found to be fraudulent.
